Refund Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order and must include proof of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of body odor or fragrance, and returned in its original packaging.

Once a return is received, it may take up to 14 days from the delivery date for the return to be processed. Our team works hard to handle returns as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience.

Please Note: All sale items and masks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, and free of odors or fragrances. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.

To process a return or exchange, please send the item along with a printed copy of your order confirmation and indicate whether the request is for a return or exchange.

Refund Policy

Items purchased at regular retail price within 30 days may be eligible for a refund once returned and inspected. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Please Note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Shipping expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Sale items, discounted items, and masks are not eligible for refunds.
  • International returns and exchanges are currently not available.
